What is Domiciliary (home) Care?
Carers visit a service users home on a pre-agreed basis to provide care / help & support. Whether its personal care or making a meal. The level of care provided varies, all personalised to you, in the agreed care package. A care plan will be written bespoke to your needs, and will include yours and your families views if you wish.

How long can I have care from you?
There is no minimum or maximum amount we can provide care for you, anything from a couple of weeks after an operation, for example, to everyday care.
How much does it cost?
The cost will depend on the level of care that we have been asked to provide and also depends on geographical location. We have lots of experience working with multiple source funding and we will try and signpost you to organisations who can provide advice on your particular circumstances & funding sources. How are your carers recruited?

We have a strict policy with regards to recruitment, we follow Employment Legislation as well as the Care Standards Act 2000 and related regulations requirement, All care staff have to be Disclosure and Barring Service cleared, this includes Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) list and Protections of Children Act (POCA)list.

What do our Care Homes Offer?
Our team of Carers and Nurses provide round-the-clock support with everyday activities such as washing, dressing, eating and ensuring the administration of regular medication. The aim is always to provide the appropriate level of care while also encouraging residents to maintain as much of their independence as possible.
